Most frequently asked questions: What is a DiaperTales basket? A DiaperTale basket is a unique gift. It is a cute gift filled with personalized disposable diapers for new baby arrivals. You can customize the baskets with the baby's name, initials, or special message. We offer 5 options; The MiniTale(12) $19.95 + S/H (a dozen monogrammed diapers), The SweetTale $21.95 + S/H (a dozen cute saying diapers), The ClassicTale $49.95 + S/H (30 personalized diapers in a half bushel basket), The FairyTale $59.95 + S/H (30 personalized diapers in a half bushel basket with a Ty pluffie). The DiaperTale $89.95 + S/H (the FairyTale PLUS a personalized bib and onesie to match the diapers, a leather photo album and a toy.) And we will normally have a seasonal special. Click on Basket button above to get started on your basket! What are the features of the disposable diapers? All diapers are first quality disposable diapers that fit babies 6-28 lbs. (Sizes: 1=6-12lbs, 2=12-18lbs, 3=16- 28lbs) Larger size diapers are available upon request. They have stretchy, sticky tab fasteners. Advanced leakage protection system quickly pulls moisture away from baby. Contains ingredients such as Vitamin E, Aloe & zinc, which are found in popular rash ointments. They have a hypoallergenic liner. Why am I being charged sales tax? You are being charged sales tax only if you live in Georgia. Georgia state tax laws require us to collect sales tax from our customers located within the state because this is where we have our physical address. We do not collect sales tax for any other states. If you questions about this, please contact us. How much is shipping? All baskets are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We ship our items ground, but we will use other options upon request. Shipping will be calculated on the invoice, unless a shipping quote is requested by email. Do you ship outside the US? Currently, we only ship in the continental US, FPO/APO, and Hawaii and Alaska. (Please send us an email for a quote to ship to these states and FPO/APO.) How will my order arrive? All orders are boxed by DiaperTales and shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you have a specific carrier request, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate it. How long does it take to receive a DiaperTale basket? All orders take about 3-5 days to customize and create, plus the shipping transit time which is anywhere from 2-7 days. Currently, we guarantee our orders to be shipped within 5 days of receiving payment.! What forms of payment do you accept? We proudly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, through PayPal checkout. When you place your order, we will send you a PayPal invoice. Once Paypal clears the payment, we will make and ship your basket. (You do NOT have to have a PayPal account and we NEVER see your credit card information.) We can NOT take payment over the phone. Does DiaperTales have wholesale pricing? Yes, just send us an email requesting our wholesale pricing sheet. What is your privacy policy? We do NOT sell or share personal customer information, names, phone numbers, or any other sensitive information to third parties. What is your return policy? We take pride in creating the most unique and adorable diapers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange within 30 days on any NON personalized diapers. Please note: Personalized diapers (with baby's names or initials) are NON refundable. Shipping and handling charges back to DiaperTales are the responsibility of the customer. In the unlikely event that DiaperTales misspells the baby's name, we will immediately replace your gift and we will pay for the return shipping and handling charges.
